Meet Amanda

A California girl at heart, Amanda Judge was born and raised on the beautiful West Coast.  After earning a Marketing degree in 2005 from Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo, she decided to pack her bags and make the big move across the country to the fabulous New York City.  While working at MTV Networks as an Ad Sales Marketing Executive she soon realized that she desperately needed a creative outlet.  So, Amanda picked up some silk fabric, grabbed a needle and thread, and began creating one-of-a-kind headbands just for fun. Her boyfriend (now husband), quickly saw the potential and encouraged her to list a piece on ETSY just for fun, and in May of 2009 she did just that. Well, one thing led to another and Untamed Petals was born in their small Astoria apartment.

Three amazing years later Untamed Petals has grown to be one of the top Bridal Accessory companies in the industry and is thrilled to launch the new everyday line, “Amanda Judge”.

Amanda and her now husband Nick have since moved to sunny California where she is living the dream of being a full time accessories designer from her studio in downtown LA. Amanda is known for her love of all things feminine, chic and sparkly and she will be-dazzle anything she can get her hands on. When she isn’t designing fabulous accessories you can find her in the kitchen cooking for one of her famous dinner parties or relaxing at home with her husband and their two cats Ollie & Milo. 

Return Policies

We understand it is difficult to purchase accessories online, so please feel free to contact us and ask any questions you may have before purchasing. Returns can only be accepted on certain items. Most returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee due to the handmade nature of the product. Please see below for details.

PARTY DRESSES

As we understand you will need to try on your garments to ensure a proper fit, we are happy to provide you with a full refund (less shipping) provided you send back your package within 7 days of receiving**. Garment must be returned in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING or order will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

PLEASE NOTE: All sale items or items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned. If we recieve a Final Sale or Sale item back it will be returned to your original shipping address as it does not qualify for a refund.

**Please Note: All dresses must be returned in the original packaging and remain unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

SASHES/BELTS
All sashes and belts are made to order with a custom ribbon color so unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.

HEADBANDS
Returns & Exchanges are permitted with a 15% restocking fee. Item must be returned (postmarked) within within 7 days of receiving.

FLOWERS
Returns & Exchanges are permitted with a 15% restocking fee. Item must be returned (postmarked) within within 7 days of receiving.

Jewelry
All Amanda Judge Jewelry is final sale.

Custom Designs
All customized orders (including custom ribbon color, fabric color or extended beading) are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping

All shipping is done via USPS. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please see below for specific shipping information for your location.

DOMESTIC
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL
Priority Mail International- International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which includes a delivery confirmation number. Packages take approximately 10 business days barring any customs delays. This may vary per country. Please note that delivery confirmation is not a tracking number. This will only provide a confirmation once the package has been delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot be held accountable for customs delays.

Express Mail International- We highly recommend USPS Express Mail to our international customers. Though slightly more expensive this allows your package to be trackable and includes $100 insurance. Packages take 2 to 5 business days barring any customs delays. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot be held accountable for customs delays

Rush Orders

We would love to accommodate your rush order. To place a rush order you can purchase the “Rush Production” option at checkout to expedite your order to the top of our list. This will allow your piece to be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. For specific questions regarding your rush order please contact us at info@AmandaJudgeNY.com.

Production Time

Most of our pieces are made-to-order so unless your item is marked as “ready to ship” please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production. Should you need your item faster, please purchase the “Rush Production” option at checkout. Please note if you purchase a “ready to ship” item with a “made to order” item we will ship them both together once the “made to order” item is completed. 

Extended Beading for Sashes

All sashes come with 18 inches of beading. We are happy to offer extended beading on all sashes at an additional cost per inch. Please contact us with your waist measurement so we can provide a custom quote.

Hook & Eye or Clasp Closures are available for certain styles. Please contact us for details and pricing information.

Custom Orders

Due to an increasingly high demand for custom orders we can only accommodate a few per month due to the hands-on nature of these projects. Our custom order minimum is $300.
